An immersive 1-1 coaching session
Single sessions are perfect if you want to explore one particular inquiry or question and ignite the wisdom your body holds.
It might be something that's been quietly lodged for a while. Maybe you're sitting with a difficult decision and want to bring your body into the conversation. Perhaps there's a pattern you keep bumping into, and you're ready to look at it differently.
Or it might be something more generative: a desire you want to feel more connected to, a direction you want to orient towards, a sense of purpose you want to bring into the body so it can become a compass rather than just an idea.
- Before our session, you’ll receive a questionnaire to clarify how you’d like to use our time together and so I can fully support you. (To give our session the depth it deserves, please complete this at least 24 hours before we meet so I can arrive fully prepared and ready to support you.)
- We’ll meet for a one-off 90-minute call to explore your chosen topic.
- After our call, you’ll receive detailed post-session notes to help integrate your findings and anything from my vast library of recorded practices and support documents that might be helpful.
Our time together will include checking in with your body’s sensations and emotions, mindful curiosity, gentle questioning, reflective listening and being present to fully understand your lived experience and move you towards a feeling of deep trust & resilience in your body.
